Iceape/Seamonkey version correspondence

Hello.  I'm interested in publishing some info about how the Debian 
Iceape release process works, and how this corresponds to the 
Seamonkey release schedule.  I'm aware that Iceape uses a manually-
made upstream release.  I think we should include info on how the 
Mozilla ESR (extended support release) branch works.

What do you think?
