Bug#738800: version 24: if always use private browsing is on, then view cookies misreports no cookies

Package: iceweasel
Version: 24.3.0esr-1~deb7u1
Severity: normal

i've been using ff 17 with 'always use private browsing mode'
on the privacy preferences enabled. clicking on the page info button
and looking at or clearing any cookies for a site has always worked fine.

since the upgrade to 24, firefox reports for all sites that *no*
cookies whatsoever are stored, which is totally incorrect - i've
tcpdumped the connections, the cookies are there and are exchanged.

not seeing any cookies in the view cookies dialog also means that it has
become impossible to clear any cookies that way.

if i disable 'always use private browsing mode' and restart firefox, then
the view cookie functionality works as expected.

regards
az
