Icedove/Thunderbird - no more ESR, please track Release instead

Hello.

Thank you very much for providing packages of Mozilla software!

I want to point out that as of December 2013, Mozilla is no longer 
offering an ESR specific version of Thunderbird: the regular release is 
now what ESR used to be. (They determined there was no need to have a 
regular release as often as Firefox.)

official word.

Please adjust the Icedove packaging to track Thunderbird Release in 
light of this. The current version is 24.3.0:
