The attached copyright file is up-to-date as of version 21, with the switch
to MPL 2 for most files. The attached source.filter drops a few troublesome
files; in particuliar moz-d2d1-1.h isn't licensed for redistribution (but can
be replaced using /usr/share/mingw-w64/include/d2d1_1.h from
mingw-w64-common), and
toolkit/crashreporter/google-breakpad/src/client/mac/handler/breakpad_nlist_64.cc
is licensed under the Apple Public Source License which isn't DFSG-free (but
it's not used in our builds).
