Dear Sir,

My name is Viktor Azhrov former sales/purchasing manager of OMOG Company
dealing on pipeline indicators.
 An old client of OMOG recently made an inquiry to purchase pipeline
indicators
in a large scale through me without knowing that I am no longer working at
the
said company. I don’t wish to introduce him to the supplier directly as he
would open communication with him to find out the actual amount the products
are sold to OMOG and the difference in price it is sold to him, as well as to
avoid the buyer from sideline me from benefiting from each quantity of
product(s) he will purchases from the supplier.
Furthermore, I used to buy on behalf of OMOG at the cost of $7105.00 US
Dollars per unit from the supplier and sell to the end user at $11,999.00 US
Dollars with over $4890.0 profit margin per unit. Hence the said client is
ready and willing to purchase 500 Units of the mentioned products. At the
moment 25 Units of the product will be purchase in every 14 days until the
total quantity is supplied and purchase from the end user in United Arab
Emirates.
With trust I would like to introduce you to the buyer as the major
supplier of
the products and at the same time, introduce you to the seller company that
can supply you the quantities the buyer is eager to purchase at this point.
This business is a consistent one and the order for the quantity comes every
six months.
In a nutshell, before I link you up in this business transaction, you must
guarantee me of 20% of the business profit in each of the supply made.
Kindly indicate your interest if you can handle the transaction. Upon receipt
of your confirmation, I shall come with a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The MOU will be between you and I which shall protect and guarantee my 20%
share of the profit.
