The plan is:
- get some more automatic testing going
- address code reviews from Bob Relyea, which are required
  for acceptance of nss-pem into upstream NSS.

The primary review comments / enhancement requests have been:
- make sure that memory management is sane
- implement ADDSLOT/DELSLOT mechanisms

I don't have an ETA, but several people around me are telling me I must
focus on it. I try hard finding time to focus on it, while having to
care about other work items in parallel.
