Bug#742036: iceweasel: H.264 support via Gstreamer still not working

Now that 24 entered testing, I thought that I'd try native H.264
support via Gstreamer.  While the GOOD plug-in still exists, the
FFMPEG one doesn't, so even after enabling the config option and
restarting Iceweasel, Vimeo still states that the content cannot
be played with my current setup. Suggestions?
