Bug#742632: iceweasel: addon-sdk not working at launch

Dear Maintainer,

In the last IceWeasel Aurora, one my addons
(https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/alltube-download/) that uses the
addon-sdk does not work correctly. Neither the toolbar button nor the context
menu is added. But if I disable then enable again the addon, it works
correctly, until the next time I start IceWeasel.
I can't reproduce this bug with upstream Aurora (30.0a2).
