Bug#749527: iceweasel-l10n-ru: doesn't work anymore

Dear Maintainer,

Before I updated the system everything was OK. After the update,
iceweasel's UI is in English now, though iceweasel-l10n-ru is
installed.

$ aptitude search ~iiceweasel
i   iceweasel                         - веб-браузер, основанный на Firefox
i   iceweasel-l10n-ru                 - поддержка русского языка в Iceweasel

$ dpkg -l 'iceweasel*'

I tried to uninstall iceweasel-l10n-ru and install it again - no luck.

I've manually changed about:config/general.useragent.locale to "ru" (was
"en-EN") and restarted - it didn't help.

My locale is ru_RU.utf8, and iceweasel is running using this locale:

$ cat /proc/$(pgrep iceweasel)/environ | xargs -0 -n 1 echo | grep -E '(LANG|LC)'
LANG=ru_RU.utf8
GDM_LANG=ru_RU.utf8
