Gah, that's leftovers from a workaround for bug 748422. I removed the
build dependency, but forgot about the debian/rules part. Will fix this.

kFreeBSD builds failed because of a NSS bug.
s390 build failed because of a binutils issue.
mips/mipel/sparc probably failed because of limited resources or
something (the build was killed). I'll try disabling unified sources,
which tend to take longer and more memory to compile.

I can't do much about s390, though.

Relatedly, this is really painful that those build status and logs are
not on buildd.debian.org.
