Iceweasel 31.2.0esr2~deb7u1 from debian unstable installed

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Iceweasel 24.8.1esr1~deb7u1 from debian stable installed


This is a major breach of protocol for debian security patches.
You DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT release major new upstream
versions in the middle of a stable release cycle. You certainly
do not release new versions which are significantly incompatible
with the old version.

I filed this bug against iceweasel as I see no indication of
this misbehavior for any other package upgraded by
dselect. If this should turn out to be a dselect error, please
accept my apologies and advise so that I may refile.
