Bug#505382: man pages are available for several of libnss3-tools

Control: tags 505382 + patch

It looks like upstream is now shipping man pages for many of the
libnss3-tools binaries.  You can find them in nss/doc/nroff/

I think they can be shipped with the following patch:

PS it looks like 3.18-1 is in experimental, but the packaging has not
   been pushed to git.debian.org's VCS.  Please push!
