we are on the transition of the core library libstdc++ to version 5.x,
Iceweasel and much more packages are depend on this library.

So if you want to install Iceweasel from experimental you would have to
install all the dependencies from experimental. If you are unsure I
would suggest to simply wait a few weeks until the transition is over.

Maybe you could expand m.d.n with some information about the transition?
