Dear Maintainer,

I can also confirm that this bug is in Sid. I am on a PowerMac G4 running 38.2
of iceweasel and cannot create folders in the bookmark tool bar. Also when I
try to create a folder in sidebar I get folder called "New Folder". I cannot
change the name and it will not appear in the tool bar.
