Bug in Iceweasel 38.2

Detected bug in Iceweasel 38.2 Jessie/Stretch. Don't work Open H264 decoder.  Reason: There is no string 'media.gmp-gmpopenh264.version' in 'about:config' and no folder 'gmp-gmpopenh264' in 'home/user/.mozilla/user_directory'.
