Bug#798005: Allow disabling Add-on signing in IceWeasel 44+

Mozilla has postponed this change to Firefox 44+. Will IceWeasel follow 
enforce strict add-on signing??? Can the "developer edition"-style enforcement 
(using the "xpinstall.signatures.required" preference) be retained?
