Registration Incomplete, pending $1000 payout...............................

How can I tell you that I am broke and do not have any money to send to  
anyone. I have been scammed so many time and I have not seen a cent. So I am 
not  sending anyone any money. I don't know who is telling the truth and who 
is.  There may be someone that wants to help me, But I may never find out. 
If you can  pay the fee for me I will then know that I am dealing with 
someone who wants to  help me get my funds, I pray that you understand. You know 
that if you are one  that can help me. I will pay you back with part of the 
funds that I receive. If  you can't help me please stop contacting me because 
there is nothing else I can  do.
