Has there been a decision about removing the services Mozilla includes by default in Firefox, e.g. Pocket?

Dear maintainers,

With Mozilla including Pocket as one of the default services in
Firefox, has there been a discussion yet on how to handle this in
Iceweasel? Some people [1] are perhaps a bit worried and wondering
about this.

The general consensus seems to be that normally, Debian strips out such
things at least before they hit stable. Pocket appears to be
enabled only in experimental's 39.0~b5-1, but of course Iceweasel in
testing hasn't hit the version (38.0.5) where it would be there at all.
