Moving tabs is not possible with current Iceweasel-release

Hi, Mozilla-packagers,

recently I upgraded on Jessie to Iceweasel release 38. It is running well so far, but I
found, that tabs seem to be 'pinned' by default.
It is not possible to move them left or right in a drag-and-drop fashion, as it was with
the ESR-version. The tabs-context-menu also offers to pin the tab only, which seems to be
the case already.
