Bug#803933: iceweasel: "Save Page As" has no effects or removes the target file under some conditions

Justification: causes non-serious data loss
Under some conditions (to be determined), "Save Page As" has no effects.
It seems to succeed, but nothing is saved, so that the data may be
definitely lost!
Here I have a page "file:///tmp/tmpZdU5U6".
1. I type Ctrl-S. A "Save As" dialog appears with my home directory.
2. I type "myfile" and click "Save". But the file is not there in
my home directory. If I try again, same problem.
3. In my home directory, I do "echo foo > myfile".
4. I try (2) again, and this time, I get a dialog box:
A file named "myfile" already exists. Do you want to replace it?
I click "Replace". But... the file "myfile" in my home directory is
no longer there!!!
