Dear Maintainer,

When trying to use Iceweasel 44 with Greasemonkey, I wanted to edit a userscript, but it did not work. The console showed the referenced module was missing.

Poking around, the problem seems to be that the build configuration keeps the default MOZ_DEVTOOLS=server, which means the devtools client directory isn't getting included (see devtools/moz.build)? If so, it should be configured with MOZ_DEVTOOLS=all.
