Bug#803165: iceweasel: Iceweasel icon is weirdly zommed and cut off in PNG

Dear Maintainer,

The Iceweasel icon is cut off and weirdly zoomed at least in the 32x32
and 64x64 PNG versions. They looks like this:

The SVG version is fine, but some desktop environments, e.g. XFCE,
appear to pick the appropriately-sized PNG version over the scalable
version, resulting in a mostly blank icon or an icon showing the wrong
body parts of a weasel.
