Bug#803302: Iceweasel started after system reboot

Hi,

After a reboot I can now start iceweasel.
And I tried shutting it down and I started
it back up successfully.

Don't know if I mentioned this before but
when I couldn't start iceweasel I ran
debsums and got no errors.

I'll let you know if it happens again.
(The whole thing feels like a race condition
to me, but that's a guess.)
