Patching firefox-esr

Hello,

There is a bug in Firefox 45 that means that addons cannot use glyphs
from fonts installed in the system. My addon xul-ext-ublock-origin uses
fonts-font-awesome in a popup dialogue, and none of the symbols load.
It makes the package quite a bit less useful. See #827517.

This is fixed in Firefox 48. But so far as I can tell we're not going
to get another major firefox-esr release until after the stretch
freeze. It also seems that Mozilla aren't willing to backport
non-security fixes to their ESR series.

Are the maintainers of firefox-esr willing to apply backported patches
fixing bugs like this to the Debian packaging of firefox-esr?

If not, I think I'll have to use an RC bug to keep my addon out of
stretch -- that would be a shame!

Thanks.
