Bug#815269: Icons changed, only show the logo's top-left corner

Same issue on KDE.

As John said, the icons in /usr/lib/iceweasel/browser/chrome/icons/default
have changed.

Opening them with an image viewer clearly shows they're only the top-left
corner of a bigger icon.

Please rename this bug to remove the MATE specificity.
