Bug#812493: iceweasel: .desktop file contains deprecated Encoding key

Hi,

the provided iceweasel.desktop contains the 'Encoding' key, which is
deprecated (all .desktop files must be UTF-8); this can be seen in the
output of `desktop-file-validate`.
Attached there is a simple patch to remove it.
