Well, I told, if there is no data loss, feel free to reduce the
severity.

Having all the tab groups as bookmarks is a pain as that does not allow
anymore to have them still open simultaneity. But this is somehow
important for getting work done.

And open them in separate windows is a no go as that would disturb many
setups with tabbed window managers or adding them to the environment
that the user (like me) explicitly disabled. There are many people
around who don't like having many windows for one and the same thing
named "web".

But I might argue with someone somehow blind. (That is not meant as an
insult) You seems to not using tab groups or single window browser. But
there are many out there using that features. And for them (as for me)
the removal of that is a big problem if not a catastrophe.
