Bug#827036: firefox-esr: "reader view" popup fights with window manager about placement

Hi,

since I just switched from iceweasel to firefox, I get all the feature
introduction popups again. The "reader view" popup at least (not sure about
others) fights with my window manager (ratpoison) about window placement,
it seems, quickly switching between the center of the screen and the
correct place below the URL bar.
