With a fresh profile in safe mode, same problem with

  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=807528
  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=827249

but if I do a Ctrl-Shift-R, the problem disappears.
