Thanks, that is much better. I still need to set devPixelsPerPx to
1.5 to make content not so tiny, but I'm glad to see that form
elements are now in proportion to the rest of the content.

The same JSFiddle (https://jsfiddle.net/xwfjvpup/2/) with Firefox
from experimental now looks like this:

DOM Inspector still shows it as using -moz-system-font, but that is
now 14.2167px.
