Bug#818168: firefox-esr: mime management is broken

Dear Firefox Team,

I have both firefox-esr and firefox installed, as I guess that
firefox will be updated to the latest versions in due time, 
while firefox-esr will remain as is.

I would like to remove firefox-esr, but this is not possible as
some extentions still depend on iceweasel provided by firefox-esr.

Now the problem starts: I am using firefox (non esr), but gvfs-open
(xdg-open) chooses firefox-esr instead of firefox.

I have 
	gnome-www-browser
alternative set to firefox and not firefox-esr, so I expect that to 
work.

I have also removed all mime entries in my home directory related to
iceweasel (that is mimeapps.info in ~/.config/ and 
~/.local/share/applications/) but still get firefox-esr trying to start,
which does not succeed since firefox is already running.
