I thought the point of iceweasel.desktop was to make it easier for the
users to spot the menu entry after getting used to it over the years.
If iceweasel.desktop get's the new firefox icon then honestly I don't
quite see the point for it.
Or is this solely for users which e.g. have dragged iceweasel.desktop on
their launcher and you don't want to break that reference?

Anyway, I'm fine with whatever plans Mike has for the iceweasel compat
package as long as it doesn't break the real firefox(-esr) package.
