Profiles unusable

Hi!
Since I tested Firefox 49, I am able to create user profiles,
but only the default profile is usable. Within the new created
profiles, I cannot click any menu. Also entering an address,
no page gets opened. Even about:config doesn't show any reaction.
I am using the the Debian Mozilla repo under Jessie. The problem
still persists with Firefox 50.

Can you check this?
