firefox keeps getting installed
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
I tried to delete the pakcage only to have it re-installed.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
I expect a removed package to stay removed.
