   * What led up to the situation?
	upgrading in debian stable from iceweasel 38.8 to 45.4
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
	open the website:
	http://www.lancaster.ac.uk/staff/grabows1/acmseminar/
	after upgrading to 45.4
   * What was the outcome of this action?
	see the page exactly as it looked in 38.8
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
	each line which contains a mathML object is padded from above and from below,
	even if the mathml object is very small and doesn't require padding (padding
	is enormous - equivalen in height to 1 or 2 lines of text.
