Bug#833719: shouldn't the bug be raised in severity as testing users are unable to surf due to the TLS error.

Hi all,
I hope the maintainers or somebody increases the severity as this will
bite all or many users who will update to the new release. The next
ESR 52.0 is supposed to release in March 2017 so at least till freeze
it would be best that the severity is raised.

Btw had the same issue on quite a few amd64 machines, updating libnss
library seems to fix the issue.
