firefox-esr 52 patches for wheezy

Hi Mike,

These are the patches that are needed to build firefox ESR 52 in wheezy. It'd be
great if they could be merged to the esr52/master branch so we can do straight
backports of the future uploads. The only patch that affects non-wheezy is the
third one, and even then it should be fine as debian/control will be generated
anyway as it depends on debian/l10n/browser.l10n.control, which is removed right
before that.
