Firefox ESR 52.2 on Debian Wheezy

Hi,

as I read on https://mozilla.debian.net/, Firefox ESR 52.2. is not 
available on Debian Wheezy.

However, I received an Update an Firefox ESR 52.2. via "sudo apt-get 
dist-upgrade" and ist doesn't work. Firefox crashes on startup. It seems 
plausible that there are some dependencies which prevent it from running 
under Wheezy. But then: Why was the update pushed to wheezy?

Do I have a chance of downgrading to ESR 45 (and how do I do it)? Or is 
some fix on the way?
