Bug#726230: Geolocation fixed

Hello,

As attachment, you will find a patch to enable geolocation in the Firefox debian package.

As mentioned in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=726230#45, Mozilla is OK
with the key being public.

Mike, please let me know if you want me to push that and/or update firefox-esr too.
