   * What led up to the situation?
	Memory exhustion and crash after 3 open tabs when a soft limit of 1.8GB vm space is set

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
	Log application mallocs

   * What was the outcome of this action?
	Discovery malloc requests quickly exhust Virtual Memory restrictions, even when actually consumed pages is 1/16 of the value

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
	Firefox not to request memory until 90+% utilization of already allocated heap space
