Firefox stable into Debian old stable, stable and testing ?

Dear Mozilla maintainers team,

On the latest Firefox ESR (52) we've noticed accessibility issues which 
impact both blind and visual-impaired users.
The Hypra team has also begun to work on Firefox accessibility since the 
last month and we really expect to have our fix on Debian as soon as the 
new stable release of Firefox is available.

Why the Firefox package is blocked into Sid ? Could it be possible to 
have the Firefox package available on Buster and on the backports of 
Jessie or Stretch ?
