Notice of mailing list closure: pkg-mozilla-maintainers

I've set up a tracker.debian.org team as per
https://wiki.debian.org/Salsa/AliothMigration#tracker.debian.org

I've put the packages that currently use this list as Maintainer in the
team: https://tracker.debian.org/teams/pkg-mozilla/ although I haven't
changed the Maintainer field in the packages themselves yet.
