Thunderbird 60.0~b2 uploaded to experimental/NEW

Hi again,

the FTP masters have accepted TB 1:60.0~b2 if you haven't noticed that.
I need to re-add a patch for getting SKIA build on big endian platforms
but amd64 and i386 are built successfully by the buildd's.

The release of TB 60.0 is now planned for 2018-05-09, not to far away
from now.
