The following commit has been merged in the master branch:
commit 9c7ea853f7967752a500b4a31e97be204d7ae211
Author: Reinhard Tartler <siretart at tauware.de>
Date: Sun Jul 26 10:39:06 2009 +0200

    remove section numbering from README.Debian

newer entries are supposed to be added at the beginning of the
file. Remove the numbering as they will break each time a new addition
    is made.
