    Explain new -r/--no-realtime cmdline arg.
    
    Upstream has changed -L to -r, so we must tell our users about it.
    Luckily, jackd1 and jackd2 now use the same arguments for this, which
    reduces confusion caused by contradicting examples, documentation and
    the lot.
