    drop unnecessary build-depend, Closes: #576069
    
    libffado should not build-depend on pyqt-tools, this is a PyQt3
    package but libffado uses PyQt4.
    
    the optional mixer requires pyuic4, which is included in the
    pyqt4-dev-tools package.
