    Add a2j.1 manpage.
    
    I have to admit this is rather cryptic, I hope I got it right. From the
    conversation with the upstream author:
    
    14:58 < adi> nedko: What is /usr/bin/a2j for?
    15:00 < nedko> adi: when executed it start the bridge and on ctrl-c it stops
                   it. it mimics ajmidid in non-dbus mode when a2jmidid is used in
                   dbus mode
