      Change Maintainer since the Debian Icecast team is merging with Multimedia Maintainers.
      Add git-buildpackage configfile.
      Add icecast2.prerm, stop icecast2 daemon before doing anything else.
      Add preinst script, may need some work.
      Adopt patch from Hideki Yamane to solve #605507.
      Drop my previous changes since they are automatically added by dh_installinit.
      Avoid to fail on invoke-rc.d icecast2 start when upgrading (bug#605507).
      When stopping, send TERM after 5 seconds, wait at most 30 seconds.
      Remove preinst script, unnecessary.
      Remove prerm script, unnecessary.
      Finalize changelog.
      Regenerate debian/control.
