      Imported Upstream version 0.9.2
      Merge commit 'upstream/0.9.2'
      Add Replaces/Conflicts on dssi-plugin-xsynth.
      debian/copyright rewritten as per DEP-5 proposal.
      Provides dssi-plugin.
