      Packaging now maintained using Git: Add Vcs-* stanzas to control file.
      Add git-buildpackage config, enabling tag signing and pristine-tar.
      Enable CDBS semi-automated control file updating.
      Indent with single space (not multiple spaces) continuated Build-Depends field in control file, to follow Debian Policy §7.1 documented convention. Sort that field too.
      Use dpkg source format "3.0 (quilt)".
      Enable CDBS copyright check (weak-included to ease backporting). Drop explicit dh_buildinfo use (done in CDBS now - if tool is available only, to ease backporting).
      Drop superfluous dirs and docs files.
      Drop use of uupdate in watch file.

      Add proper licensing header to debian/rules.
      Drop superfluous trailing debian hint from watch file.
      Bump watch file format to version 3 (no changes).
